Gorse Hill Nursery have been trading from the current site dating back to 1985. For the past few years they have gradually specialised into a few specific areas. During spring, summer and autumn they sell a wide range perennials, bedding plants and hanging baskets. They no longer sell ornamental trees and shrubs.
They also stock, year round, a good choice of landscaping materials which covers paving stones (your local stockist for Bowland Stone), gravel, turf, garden furniture and composts. Especially useful for winter they sell a full range of keenly priced calor gas and house fuels.
Their water feature display is courtesy of Aqua Creations. The craft shop has recently been expanded and this is run by The Kraft Shop which supplies everything the budding craft enthusiast would ever need.
