Staveley Garden centre is set in the grounds of Staveley Hall making it an attractive place to browse through their plant stock. In spring and early summer their home grown bedding plants make an amazing display and give customers a wide choice. The also sell hanging baskets and containers, planted or empty. On site they have a florists who is happy to provide wreaths and floral arrangements for all occasions.

This is not only a plant nursery, they also sell a good choice of other plants including shrubs, climbing plants, ornamental and fruit trees, evergreens in particular are a speciality. Fencing products and a reasonable choice of garden furniture are also for sale.

The cafe is a very basic one opening at weekends only. The serve tea, coffee, cakes and a small number of snacks. A five star food hygiene rating was awarded to the cafe in July 2011 by Chesterfield Borough Council..
