This garden centre dates back to 1948 when it was called Swanborough Nurseries. They began as a market stall selling cut flowers and vegetables. It has good quality plants bought through Wyevale Garden Centres with a life time hardy plant guarantee. They have no particular specialities although the overall choice is good for a garden centre of this size. Paths are wide with solid surface kept free from obstructions.

THE CAFE AT LEWES GARDEN CENTRE

The cafe is a modest one but it serves fresh food mainly cooked on the premises. They sell main meals, snack meals as well as hot and cold drinks and cakes.
