Goscote Nurseries don't produce run of the mill plants rather they grow the more unusual plants. They moved to their current location in Cossington in 1969 have started the business in 1964. They have a display of over 1,000 hardy shrubs and trees.
They most definitely specialise in slightly unusual or rarer plants including many varieties of Japanese Maples, azaleas, alpines, heathers, roses and climbing plants to name a few. Goscote Nurseries are both wholesale and direct to the public. They not only supply plants (buying them where necessary) but they also undertake bespoke garden design right from beginning to end. They deal with smaller gardens right through to very large ones and not only supply plants but can source hard landscaping materials.
They have their own cafe on site called the Tea Garden with a choice of light snacks, cakes, teas and coffees. The Tea Garden was awarded the top food hygiene rating of 5 (Very Good) by the Food Standards Agency in February 2012.
