The plants area has a large covered portion which is ideal for plant shopping when the weather is not so good. The plants at this garden centre are all well kept and there is a wide choice. Shrubs and trees are one of their specialities with of course bedding plants in spring and early summer. The layout of the area provides good interest and the paths are more than wide enough and solid. Cousins Garden Buildings display sheds, garden buildings and greenhouses.
The interior shopping area underwent a major facelift in 2013 leaving the non-gardening shopping area looking modern and attractively set out. They sell gifts, cards, books and cookware along side a large display area not only of garden and conservatory furniture but indoor as well. They have lots of external companies who trade from this garden centre the largest of which include Cotton Traders, Gatleys Pet Centre (small animals, feeds, bird care etc) and Pavers Shoes.
