Cramden Nursery is located to the north of Northampton on the A508. This is a family run business and they have been trading from 1982. Originally they grew pelargoniums for sale to nearby garden centres and companies. In 200 they took a strategic decision to branch out into selling their plants to visiting customers although they still supply plants to other garden centres.

In 2006 they expanded their plant range to include dahlias, lavender, agapanthus, penstemon and heuchera. This expansion is clearly going well because in 2012 they gained planning permission for a third large polytunnel which is now built and in full production for 2014.

We truly enjoy visiting nurseries like this because all the plants for sale have been grown on site. There is something deeply satisfying in that knowledge which can never be equalled by buying a plant from a garden centre which has no direct connection with the plants they sell. You are buying from the very people who have grown the plants at Cramden Nursery and that is good.

The plants are all in good condition and you can wander round those that take your fancy. Advice is always available if you have any questions. The choice of varieties is extremely large and we are certain you will spoilt for choice.
